The Portfolio Management Division focuses on educating its members about the world of investments by helping them build an investor’s mindset through the operation of a real portfolio. This involves staying updated with current political, economic and market trends, in order to constantly source opportunities. With this knowledge, analytical reports are produced on individual stocks or ETFs that can complement the portfolio, along with analyzing and reporting the overall portfolio performance.
The focus is to maximize portfolio growth as any returns which surpass our benchmark (i.e. MSCI WORLD IDX) will be donated to a charity designated by the Investment Club as a whole, fostering a collective commitment to social impact. Any positions we hold are carefully picked and abide by our investment thesis:
